Welcome to the Pain Management Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth (BID-Plymouth). Whether you have acute or chronic pain it can be devastating to your quality of life. In addition to the loss of physical function, daily pain can take an emotional toll as well. At BID-Plymouth’s Pain Management Center we take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your needs and find solutions to the challenges you face. With our compassion and expertise, we treat and help manage your pain.
Our experienced team of pain management physicians begins by taking a detailed history and physical exam to better understand your pain in the context of your overall health status. We tailor your treatment plan to best meet your specific needs, combining state-of-the-art technologies with proven therapeutic techniques.
Insight into Pain
To address the underlying causes of your pain, we use a wide range of techniques and technologies including fluoroscopy and ultrasound guided procedures, physical therapy, behavioral medicine and pharmacology, where appropriate. We work closely with your primary care physician, local neurosurgeons, and the Spine Center to ensure the best outcomes.
